Trees Die Standing

Trees Die Standing is a series of paintings that depicts the Israeli atrocious attack on Gaza during the war in 2010, where Israel used white phosphorous sells not only to murder civilians, women and children, but also to destroy houses and all life in this holy land. All paintings are incorporated with a poem by Palestine National Poet Mahmoud Darwish, Syria’s National Poet Nizar Qabbani and the distinguished writer and journalist Muin Bseiso.
